Tell us why. This is the same route whether the entry is about how you sell or about a purchase you made, and it is held to the same standard either way. A person reviews every dispute and re-checks the evidence. If it does not hold up, the entry comes down. If it was an honest mistake and you say so, the handle is cleared and the entry is removed.

It reaches a person fastFiling this alerts the operator right away. Nothing about your entry changes on the strength of the form alone, because anyone could fill it in - a real review is what moves an entry, not a submission.

The evidence is re-checkedEvery screenshot, source, and report on file is looked at again against what you have told us. On a buyer entry that means the tracking and delivery record, the platform case and how it was decided, and anything either side put in writing.

It stays or it comes downIf the evidence holds up the entry stays. If it does not, the entry is removed and the log records the correction.

You get a written answerAt the contact you give us, once the re-check is done. This site is run by one person and the reply is written by hand rather than sent automatically, so allow up to 5 days for it. Your contact details stay private and are never published.
One entry at a time. An entry is about a handle acting in one role. If the same account has both a seller entry and a buyer entry, they are separate records and disputing one does not touch the other, so say which one you are answering. A buyer entry coming down says nothing about a seller entry, and the other way around.
One chance to come off. An honest mistake explained clears a handle: a mispriced card or comps you did not run on the selling side, a claim you opened before the package turned up and then made right on the buying side. That grace is one time. The same thing again puts the handle back on for good. Read the full policy.
No entry yet? You can still file. If a report about your handle is in the queue, what you write here is weighed as part of the investigation before anything is published. There is no public entry to mark disputed in that case, so nothing changes on the site until the investigation finishes.
