Marked disputed, immediatelyIf your handle has an entry, submitting this form changes its status to disputed right then and that shows publicly. Nobody has to reach the queue first for it to happen.

The evidence is re-checkedEvery screenshot, source, and report on file is looked at again against what you have told us.

It stays or it comes downIf the evidence holds up the entry stays. If it does not, the entry is removed and the log records the correction.

You get a written answerAt the contact you give us, once the re-check is done. This site is run by one person and the reply is written by hand rather than sent automatically, so allow up to 5 days for it. Your contact details stay private and are never published.
One chance to come off. An honest mistake explained, such as a mispriced card or not running comps, clears a handle. That grace is one time. The same tactic again puts the handle back on for good. Read the full policy.
No entry yet? You can still file. If a report about your handle is in the queue, what you write here is weighed as part of the investigation before anything is published. There is no public entry to mark disputed in that case, so nothing changes on the site until the investigation finishes.
