What we checked (1 source)
- GhostHustleTCG report, TikTok live VODs, and direct-message evidence
Reported and reviewed via GhostHustleTCG. The seller's TikTok live auctions showed a recurring top bidder, Richie, who was identified as the father of the account's owner. Bidding up the owner's own lots through a family member's account is shill bidding. After GhostHustleTCG published a video about the report, Richie messaged the creator offering money to take it down. Running up your own auctions through a family account, and paying to suppress coverage of it, breaks TikTok's live-selling rules and misleads buyers about what the cards actually sell for.
